Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. After notifying us of your return, you have a further 14 days to actually return the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

• The product is unused and in original condition
• The product is in original, undamaged packaging
• All labels are still present
• The product is complete (including accessories, manual, etc.)

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products sealed for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Digital products after activation or download

Report a Return

Report your return via email: info@levenslab.nl. Include your order number and reason for return. You will receive confirmation within 2 business days with further instructions.

Return Costs

The cost of returning a product is borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or damaged.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will receive the purchase price refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. We will notify you by email as soon as we have processed the return.
