These terms apply to all offers and orders via levenslab.nl.

Article 3 – The Offer

All offers are non-binding. Prices may be changed. Obvious errors do not bind Levenslab.

Article 4 – Agreement

The agreement is concluded upon receipt of your order confirmation by email.

Article 5 – Prices

All prices include VAT, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Article 6 – Delivery

We aim for delivery within 3-5 business days. Delivery times are indicative.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment is due in advance. Non-payment may result in order cancellation.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order.

Article 9 – Warranty

Our products comply with statutory warranty obligations.

Article 10 – Complaints

Send complaints to robmartens@live.nl. We respond within 14 days.

Article 11 – Applicable Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
