Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product is unused and in original condition
• The product is in original, undamaged packaging
• All labels are still present
• The product is complete (including accessories, manual, etc.)

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products sealed for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Digital products after activation or download

Report your return via email: info@levenslab.nl. Include your order number and reason for return. You will receive confirmation with further instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or damaged.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will receive a refund of the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method. We will notify you by email once we have processed your return.
